The early morning meditation is the precious time of day transitioning between night ending and the morning birth. In these early morning hours, you will join with the monks and the prayers (nuns & clergymen), and practice the communion your spirit & soul. Compassion meditation can help you walk the same path and feel the same love and compassion for all you meet.
