About the Role

Scout hidden eco lodges, map remote cycling trails, and craft authentic culinary arcs. You will turn rugged wilderness pathways into cohesive, comfortable, and deeply transformative journeys.

Requirements

• 4+ years mapping wilderness treks or directing active eco tourism operations.
• Certification in Wilderness First Responder (WFR) or equivalent outdoor safety registry.
• Deeply connected with village elders, agricultural co ops, and local guides.

Responsibilities

• Field test and audit new travel lines (hiking trails, lodging, kayaking routes).
• Negotiate exclusive, fair-wage contracts with local community partners.
