Key Responsibilities

• Product Development: Design, curate, and update competitive tour packages, itineraries, and travel products tailored to diverse market segments.

• Sales Strategy: Drive sales growth, achieve revenue targets, and expand our client network (B2B/B2C).

• Supplier Relations: Negotiate and maintain strong partnerships with hotels, transport providers, guides, and local vendors.

• Market Analysis: Monitor travel industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

• Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and guide the sales and product team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in product development and sales within a travel agency or Destination Management Company (DMC).

• Nationality: Open to both Cambodian nationals and expat applicants.

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative mindset.

  • In-depth knowledge of destinations, tourism products, pricing strategies, and regional travel markets.

  • Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a strong plus).
